Poor Condition means that the console will be in good working order, but may feature large blemishes or many scratches on the screen/a small black spot on the screen.
Acceptable Condition means that the console will be in great working order, but may feature minor blemishes or scratches on the screen.
Great Condition means that the console is mint, with no scratching or marks present.

What condition are your consoles?
Our consoles are pre-owned goods. All consoles, controllers and leads are cleaned & tested before being sold. We only sell items that are fully operational, have no serious physical damage and have been reset. Our goal is always to sell items in a like-new condition, however not all items will be entirely free of cosmetic imperfections (minor scratching may be present). Please see specific PSP condition scales within the 'Console Details' section above. We do not offer refurbished consoles.
Where are you based?
We are based in Pukekohe, South Auckland. We operate online through our website and also have our products featured on TradeMe. We only sell online, but do have Click and Collect available through a partner store. We have plans to open a retail store in the near future!
What happens if my products don't work when they arrive?
All products are inspected, tested and cleaned before being sold. Any disc with scratching is professionally resurfaced.
Occasionally, a product may arrive to you that does not work as expected. If this happens, please email us at hello@mlgames.co.nz
We will try to assess the issue and provide a resolution. If the product appears faulty, we will work with you to arrange a refund/replacement.
